Thomas realised his passion for teaching after spending several years working as an Effects Artist in the film, TV, and advertising industry in his native London, with credits including Avengers: Infinity Wars and the Tom Hanks drama News of the World. 

He discovered that he had a knack for teaching by assisting coworkers at Outpost, London, and his focus shifted on training and helping aspiring artists get their careers off to a blazing start. Thomas spent a year as a trainer at MPC before moving halfway around the globe to join RSP, where he is now a core member of the education team.
