Position Overview

Reporting to the Managing Director, and as a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Head of People & Culture will lead the People and Culture team to drive initiatives across the company that nurture and develop talent, shape the culture and build our employer brand to support us to achieve our vision and goals. Working closely with Heads of Department and staff, this pivotal and influential role will be responsible for delivering a strategic and operational people and culture service to RSP in an inspirational and pragmatic manner.
Responsibilities Include
  • Working with the Managing Director and the Executive team to develop and implement RSP’s People & Culture Strategy to ensure the ongoing sustainability and viability of the organisation.
  • Provide services and support to Department Heads and Managers in the full range of staff management processes to order for them to meet their responsibilities relating to staff management.
  • Improve organisational performance by integrating and aligning People and Culture processes and practices with business strategy and to consistently and systematically improve staff engagement.
  • Develop, implement, monitor and review strategies, practices and initiatives for the attraction, engagement, deployment, reward, development, motivation and retention of RSP staff.
Required Skills and Experience

Applications are invited from contemporary people and culture leaders with proven experience at a senior level in a medium to large organisation. You will have experience in developing and leading proactive and responsive people and culture services in a dynamic and project-based organisation. Demonstrated strong experience in leading and delivering on major people and culture and organisational projects will be a prerequisite. A service focus and excellent influencing, relationship management and change management skills will also be required.
