Rising Sun Pictures Synthesizes a Young Warrior for “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga”

Rising Sun Pictures drew on its industry-leading machine learning and VFX teams to create an astonishing illusion for the new Warner Bros. film Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. Using machine learning, the studio blended the features of Anya Taylor-Joy, the film’s titular star with those of Alyla Browne, who plays a 10-year-old Furiosa, to produce a synthetic character that looks like a young Taylor-Joy while mirroring the performance of Browne.
